Synopsis:

Requiring the owner of a regulated firearm to report to the Secretary of State Police the loss or theft of the firearm; requiring the report to be submitted within 48 hours after the owner became aware of the loss or theft; making it a misdemeanor to fail to report the loss or theft; providing penalties; etc.
