Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to submit an annual Unified Property Tax Exemption and Credit Report on or before December 31 of each year; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development to submit an annual Unified Economic Development Budget Report on or before December 31 of each year; specifying the contents of the reports; etc.
