Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to classify specified seafood processing licenses as inactive; requiring the Department to send a specified letter to applicants for inactive status; establishing the conditions and length of the inactive status; establishing the conditions of reactivation; and authorizing the Department to adopt specified regulations.
