Synopsis:

Authorizing a garage keeper to sell a vehicle abandoned in the garage if the police do not take the abandoned vehicle into custody within 30 days of notification that the vehicle was abandoned; providing that the proceeds of the sale shall be applied to the garage keeper's charges for towing; etc.
