Permitting the County Administrator of Washington County to request State and national criminal history records checks or background investigations for prospective employees of Washington County under specified circumstances; requiring the County Administrator of Washington County to pay specified fees to an independent private investigation agency under specified circumstances; authorizing the County Commissioners to adopt specified regulations; etc.
