Professional Counselors and Therapists - Specialized Test Administration - Standards

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of appraisal as it pertains to licensing and regulation by the State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists; and requiring the State Board to adopt specified regulations that establish specified standards for the administration and interpretation of specified tests by specified counselors and therapists and to establish continuing education credits for specified standards.
