Synopsis:

Including the office of the United States Attorney for any jurisdiction within the definition of a criminal justice unit; providing that in agreements between the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository and federal criminal justice units, the penalties specified for failure to comply with specified provisions of law may be limited to revocation of the agreements; etc.
