Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Anacostia Watershed Society for the acquisition and renovation of the George Washington House located at 4302 Baltimore Avenue in Bladensburg, and for the installation and maintenance of trash collecting devices along the tributaries of the Anacostia River; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
