Election Law - Voting - Bulk Mailing - Application for an Absentee Ballot

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from making a bulk mailing of a specified application within a specified period; requiring a person making a bulk mailing of a specified application to first submit the application to the State Board of Elections or to a local board for approval; providing that a person's failure to comply with specified bulk mailing requirements results in the rejection of a voter's application and renders the person liable for specified costs; requiring the State Board to issue specified guidelines; etc.
