Election Law - Regulation of Campaign Finance by Local Government

Synopsis:

Authorizing the counties in the State to adopt by law provisions regulating the campaign finance activity associated with specified county officeholders or a candidate for the offices held by those officials under specified circumstances; and providing that specified campaign finance reports be filed only with local boards of elections.
