Synopsis:

Requiring the clerk of the court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration if a person is convicted of a specified manslaughter offense or specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses involving a motor vehicle; requiring the Administration to revoke the driver's license of a person who is convicted of a specified manslaughter offense if the crime involves a motor vehicle; etc.
