Synopsis:

Requiring specified children placed in an out-of-county living arrangement to receive an appropriate education from the service providing local education agency; requiring the financially responsible county to pay specified expenses; and requiring the State Board of Education in collaboration with the Department of Juvenile Justice to adopt regulations.
