Synopsis:

Altering the type of animal control authority for Washington County to be a quasi-judicial deliberative body; establishing specified duties of the animal control authority; transferring specified duties of the animal control authority to an appropriate private agency or department of county government; authorizing the County Commissioners for Washington County to adopt an animal control ordinance to designate an appropriate private agency or department of county government to carry out specified duties; etc.
