Environment - Brownfields - Environmental Restoration and Development

Synopsis:

Providing that specified owners of specified real property that is contiguous to specified contaminated or potentially contaminated property are not considered as owners or operators of specified contaminated property under specified circumstances; authorizing the Department of the Environment to impose a lesser application fee on specified applications to the Voluntary Cleanup Program; establishing a process for specified incomplete applications to the Program; etc.
