Synopsis:

Providing the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System with discretion to take specified action, if the actual retirement benefit received by a retiree is more than 1% lower than an estimate of benefits and the retiree acted in reliance upon the estimate; and providing for the application of the Act.
