Entitled:
Trauma Center Physician Services Funding Act

Synopsis:

Establishing the Trauma Center Physician Services Fund; specifying criteria to be considered in developing a reimbursement methodology; requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission and the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission to oversee and administer the Fund; requiring a court to impose a $250 surcharge on a person convicted of a specified violation; requiring the Comptroller to pay specified surcharges into the Fund; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
