Procurement - Minority Business Enterprises - Effect of Personal Net Worth on Eligibility

Synopsis:

Providing for the continued participation under specified contracts of specified minority business enterprises owned by individuals whose personal net worth exceeds $750,000 and counting that continued participation toward specified program and contract goals; requiring the certification agency to conduct a specified study and to submit a specified report on or before a specified date; etc.
