State Police Retirement System and Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System - DROP - Eligibility and Participation

Synopsis:

Repealing the limit on the maximum number of years members of the State Police Retirement System or the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System may have to participate in the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP); repealing specified limitations on the length of time the Secretary of the State Police may participate in the DROP; and providing for the application of the Act.
