Video Lottery Terminals - Interstate Revenue Sharing

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to negotiate a revenue sharing arrangement with neighboring states that have gaming facilities with video lottery terminals, based in part on the number of State visitors to those gaming facilities; allowing the General Assembly to authorize the installation of an ample number of video lottery terminals only at specified locations in the State under specified conditions; etc.
