Synopsis:

Authorizing a law enforcement unit to dispose of a forfeited handgun or a specified firearm by sale, exchange, or transfer to a licensed firearms dealer; requiring a law enforcement unit to send specified information about the dealer to the Secretary of State Police; removing the authority of a law enforcement agency to sell a handgun to a specified retired police employee; etc.
