Synopsis:

Altering provisions relating to the regulation of nonprofit health service plans; establishing the mission of a nonprofit health service plan; establishing a Joint Nonprofit Health Service Plan Oversight Committee; prohibiting the acquisition of a specified nonprofit health service plan for five years after the effective date of the Act; etc.
