Video Lottery Terminals - Interstate Revenue Sharing

Synopsis:

Urging the Governor to negotiate a revenue sharing arrangement with neighboring states that have gaming facilities with video lottery terminals, based in part on the number of State visitors to those gaming facilities; allowing the General Assembly to authorize the installation of an ample number of video lottery terminals at specified locations under specified circumstances; and specifying that the State will not install video lottery terminals near the border of a state when an arrangement with the state is in effect.
