Synopsis:

Adding a new article to the Annotated Code of Maryland, to be designated and known as the "Public Safety Article", to revise, restate, and recodify the laws of the State relating to public safety, including laws relating to the State Police, the State Fire Marshal, the State Militia, law enforcement generally, fire and rescue and emergency services, firearms, fireworks and explosives, elevator and boiler safety, and building and material codes; etc.
