Health Occupations - Dentistry and Dental Hygiene - Examination

Synopsis:

Repealing the additional education requirement for an applicant for a general license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene who fails the examination required for licensure twice; repealing the requirement of retaking a specified year of education if an applicant fails three times; repealing the prohibition on the reexamination of an applicant who fails the examination four times; prohibiting the State Board of Dental Examiners from limiting the number of times an applicant may take the examination; etc.
