Vehicle Laws - Disposition of Abandoned Vehicles - Charitable Entities

Synopsis:

Authorizing a police department that takes possession of an abandoned vehicle to offer a charitable entity that meets specified requirements the opportunity to buy the abandoned vehicle before the vehicle is sold at public auction under specified circumstances; and defining a qualified organization.
