Maryland Health Care Foundation - Repeal

Synopsis:

Terminating the Maryland Health Care Foundation; altering provisions of law relating to the Maryland Health Care Trust; altering the trustees of the Maryland Health Care Trust; requiring the Maryland Medbank Program to be administered by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; extending the termination date of the Maryland Medbank Program; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; etc.
