Retirement and Pensions - Baltimore City Child Support Enforcement Employees

Synopsis:

Providing service credit to specified members of the State Retirement and Pension System for the time the members were employed by a private vendor to provide child support enforcement services in Baltimore City; requiring specified members to deposit into a fund an amount of money equal to the contribution payments that the member and employer would have paid had the member been a State employee; and reducing a retiree's allowance if the retiree has not paid the money into the fund.
