Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Mental Health Services - Cost-of-Living Adjustment

Synopsis:

Requiring that, beginning in the first fiscal year that the Bureau of Revenue Estimates projects a specified increase in personal income and each fiscal year thereafter, the fees paid by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to community mental health services providers be adjusted annually by a specified rate of change; and prohibiting the annual rate of change in fees paid to community mental health services providers from exceeding 5%.
