Procurement - Debarment - Violations of Law

Synopsis:

Authorizing the debarment of a person from entering into a contract with the State if, within the preceding 5 years, the person has been criminally convicted of any violations of federal or State labor laws, civil rights laws, or environmental protection laws or has committed multiple violations of specified laws and as a result been subject to multiple and distinct findings of civil liability; etc.
