Synopsis:

Establishing the Fast-Fill Compressed Natural Gas Station Program in the Maryland Energy Administration to provide grants to local jurisdictions for the construction of fast-fill compressed natural gas stations; requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to administer the Program, establish application procedures, and award grants; establishing the eligibility criteria for the Program; requiring that a local jurisdiction may only use a grant to fund a specified percentage of the construction of a fast-fill CNG station; etc.
