Sentences - Retroactive Effect
Allowing a person who is serving a term of confinement that includes a
mandatory minimum sentence imposed for an offense of daytime
housebreaking committed before October 1, 1994, to apply for and
receive a review of the mandatory minimum sentence under specified
circumstances.
