Homicide by Aggressive Driving

Synopsis:

Establishing the crime of homicide by aggressive driving for a person who commits at least two motor vehicle violations in connection with a single traffic incident that results in the death of another person; specifying motor vehicle violations to which homicide by aggressive driving applies; providing specified penalties and assessment of points by the Motor Vehicle Administration; and providing for specified procedures in a prosecution for homicide by aggressive driving.
