Election Law - Campaign Finance - Disqualification of Individuals to File For or Assume Office

Synopsis:

Providing that specified individuals who are either responsible officers of or candidates supported by specified campaign finance entities with specified delinquencies may not become campaign treasurers, file for candidacy, assume public or party offices in the State, or receive specified compensation; providing that specified officials may not issue commissions or administer oaths of office until they receive a specified certification from the State Board of Elections; etc.
