Synopsis:

Authorizing a dental hygienist practicing with a general license to practice under the supervision of a licensed dentist who is not on the premises while the authorized dental hygiene services are being performed; authorizing a dental hygienist practicing under a general license to practice dental hygiene under the supervision of a licensed dentist in a private dental office; requiring a private dental office supervising a dental hygienist to ensure specified licensing requirements are met; etc.
