State Board of Social Work Examiners - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Social Work Examiners in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending the termination of provisions relating to authority of the Board to July 1, 2014; requiring the Board and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to submit a report to specified committees on or before October 1, 2003; etc.
