Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law relating to the State Board of Electrologists; establishing the Electrology Practice Committee within the State Board of Nursing; specifying the membership, terms, powers, and duties of the Committee; prohibiting the practice of electrology without a license; providing that the Committee is subject to the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act; etc.
