Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights Act of 2003

Synopsis:

Making a specified provision of law that relates to the expungement of specified records inapplicable to law enforcement officers; repealing a provision of the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights that prohibits a law enforcement officer being required or requested to disclose information about property, income, assets, and debts; altering the criteria for an individual who may be an investigating or interrogating officer in an investigation or interrogation of a law enforcement officer; etc.
