Wireless Telephone Services - Definitions, Exemptions, and Consumer Protection

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified customers of specified wireless telephone services to cancel specified contracts and return equipment under specified circumstances; providing that specified provisions of the Public Utility Companies Article apply to wireless telephone companies; requiring the PSC to adopt specified regulations; authorizing the PSC to conduct specified investigations; providing the PSC with access to specified records of wireless telephone companies; etc.
