Encouraging a political subdivision to consider compliance with specified standards before acting on a proposed variance request or change in zoning classification; altering the membership of the Environmental Noise Advisory Council; requiring the Department of the Environment to conduct hearings and prepare or solicit specified input before proposing any changes in a specified statute or regulation; etc.
