State Contributory Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System - Transfers of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Authorizing transfers of service credit to and from the State Contributory Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System under specified circumstances; requiring individuals who transfer service credit from a contributory system to the State Contributory Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System to meet specified requirements, including depositing a specified amount of money, at 4% interest, into the annuity savings fund of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; etc.
