Transportation - Failing to Stop for a School Vehicle with Activated Flashing Lights - Penalties

Synopsis:

Increasing from 3 to 5 the number of points required to be assessed against an individual for failing to stop or remain stopped for a school vehicle with activated alternately flashing red lights; and increasing the fine that a person is subject to for failing to stop or remain stopped for a school vehicle with activated alternately flashing red lights to $1,000.
