Synopsis:

Authorizing a pharmacy that is required to submit a request for payment electronically to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to receive reimbursement electronically; providing that the Act does not apply to a person providing pharmacy benefit manager services; etc.
