Children's Nutrition and Health in Schools Act

Synopsis:

Requiring county boards of education to develop and adopt specified policies relating to vending machines in public schools; requiring county boards to submit specified policies to the State Department of Education on or before August 1, 2004; requiring each school to install and use a specified timing device on every vending machine to operate the vending machine in a specified manner; and requiring county boards to submit a report to the State Department of Education.
