Synopsis:

Limiting the circumstances under which specified home detention is included within the meaning of "imprisonment"; repealing mandatory minimum penalty options for community service for persons convicted of specified subsequent alcohol-related driving offenses; altering specified provisions authorizing specified court ordered alcohol programs to include specified alcohol programs certified by specified agencies in adjacent states or approved by the court; etc.
