Synopsis:

Expanding the authority of the courts throughout the State to impose a sentence of custodial confinement or imprisonment as a condition of probation or suspension of sentence; and generally relating to the authority of the courts to impose a sentence of custodial confinement or imprisonment as a condition of probation or suspension of sentence.
