Synopsis:

Repealing the authority of the State Board for Professional Land Surveyors to issue specified limited and temporary licenses to practice land surveying; eliminating a specific waiting period and right to a conference after failing a licensing examination a specified number of times; repealing specified provisions related to the procedures of the Board; granting the Board authority to issue specified retired status licenses; and generally relating to the practice of professional land surveying.
