Minority Business Participation Advisory Committee

Synopsis:

Creating an advisory committee on minority business participation to review the State's minority business enterprise program; establishing guidelines for membership on the advisory committee; prohibiting a member of the advisory committee from receiving compensation; authorizing members of the advisory committee to be reimbursed for specified expenses; and defining the duties of the advisory committee.
