Synopsis:

Authorizing specified health occupation boards to reprimand, place on probation, suspend, or revoke the license of specified health care providers for accepting any gifts greater than $50 from a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or a pharmaceutical marketer; prohibiting specified health care providers from accepting any gifts, other than samples of pharmaceutical products and information, greater than $50 from a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or a pharmaceutical marketer; etc.
