Requiring each State unit to purchase environmentally preferable
products and equipment if they meet or exceed specified performance
standards; requiring the Board of Public Works to adopt specified
regulations by December 31, 2005 and to maintain and make available a
specified listing; requiring the Secretary of General Services to
review, evaluate, and report by October 1, 2004 regarding specified
aspects of the procurement and use of environmentally preferable
products and equipment; etc.
