Public Work Contracts - Apprenticeship Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring that contractors and subcontractors under specified public work contracts have, or be a member of an association that has, a specified apprenticeship program in place for a specified period of time; requiring a contractor or subcontractor under specified public work contracts to hire a specified number of apprentices relative to the number of journey persons it hires; and generally relating to apprenticeship programs for public work contracts.
